Refund policy

We want you to love your Zennuvo Store purchase — it's the heart of our Perfect-Fit Promise. If your order isn't quite right, our return process is clear and straightforward. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We never charge restocking fees.

To begin a return or exchange, email info@zennuvostore.com with your order number. Our team will walk you through the next steps and confirm your return instructions. The customer is responsible for the return label.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a shipping method with track-and-trace is required. Please keep proof of shipment, including the tracking number along with a photo of the returned item and its packaging, as we may request these during processing.

Please do not send items to any other address, including our office address, as we won't be able to process them.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, simply note this in your email and we'll help you choose the right option.

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@zennuvostore.com with your order number and clear photo evidence. If you receive the wrong item, reach out with your order details and photo proof so we can review the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your return, and it's approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to complete the transfer. Partial refunds may apply to items showing signs of use, items not in original condition, items damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours, or returns shipped more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, custom or personalised products, and hygienic items such as underwear and swimwear.
